About the opportunity

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a talented Mid-Level Civil Engineer to join our Gold Coast team.

This is an opportunity to take the next step in your engineering career, working alongside experienced professionals on a diverse range of exciting projects. You'll have the chance to broaden your technical experience, take ownership of your own projects, build solid client relationships and play an active role in delivering quality engineering solutions.

What you'll be doing





- Contributing to the delivery of a diverse range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

- Working collaboratively with experienced engineers, technical specialists and project support staff.

- Being actively involved in design teams, with opportunities to take on a leadership role.

- Managing your own projects, from initial design through to delivery.

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders to deliver practical, high-quality outcomes.

About you

We're looking for someone who is technically capable, motivated and ready to take on greater responsibility.

You'll ideally bring:

- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

- 5–7 years' relevant industry experience.

- RPEQ and/or CPEng accreditation, or eligibility to obtain within three months.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- The ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being confident working autonomously.

- Experience working in design teams, with an interest in developing your leadership capabilities.

- A genuine desire to expand your technical knowledge across a range of engineering disciplines.

- Confidence communicating directly with clients and managing professional relationships.
