Project Manager

We're growing, and we're looking for a Project Manager who wants to grow with us.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager at HICON, you'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction right through to handover,



working closely with our delivery teams, clients and subcontractors to make things happen.

You'll be across the detail, ahead of the challenges and focused on keeping your projects moving. From managing programs and procurement to coordinating delivery and maintaining client relationships, you'll play an important role in delivering the quality outcomes we're known for.

You'll be supported by an experienced leadership team, working closely with our General Manager – Delivery, while enjoying the autonomy to make decisions, take ownership and put your own stamp on the projects you manage.

What You'll Be Doing

- Taking ownership of commercial construction projects from planning through to completion.

- Driving project programs, procurement, budgets and overall delivery performance.

- Leading and coordinating site teams, subcontractors and consultants.

- Building strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.

- Staying ahead of potential challenges and finding practical solutions.

- Maintaining high standards across safety, quality and project presentation.

- Working collaboratively with our broader team to deliver exceptional project outcomes.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who's confident in their ability, takes ownership and brings a positive,



can-do attitude to the team.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Proven Project Management experience in commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment.

- A solid understanding of construction methodology, programming and project delivery.

- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage project budgets and procurement.

- Excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and getting things done.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- A genuine commitment to safety, quality and delivering great results.
