We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused individual (or two!) to join the Yarran Wines team.This is a varied, hands-on role that brings together cellar door management, marketing, events, customer experience and sales. No two days are quite the same, and we're looking for someone who enjoys wearing a few different hats and getting involved in all aspects of a growing family-owned winery.

We're looking for 1 x full-time role (maternity leave position) or two people in part-time positions to share the responsibilities of the role and ongoing part time thereafter.. We're happy to consider different arrangements for the right applicants and are flexible.

What You'll Be Doing

Cellar Door & Events

- Deliver an outstanding cellar door experience, including hosting wine tastings and driving current and repeat bookings.

- Coordinate cellar door staff rosters, training and day-to-day operations.

- Manage produce supplies and ordering.

- Drive wine club sign-ups and build relationships with our customers.

- Maintain cellar door presentation, cleanliness and overall operations.

- Plan and coordinate cellar door events, including ticketing, promotion, vendors, staffing and customer enquiries.

- Coordinate participation in regional events and external sales opportunities.

- Manage customer communications, bookings and general enquiries.

Marketing, Sales & Administration

- Develop and execute day-to-day brand communications and marketing activities.

- Create engaging digital content and manage website updates.

- Manage Club Yarran communications, email campaigns and member activities.

- Design and maintain marketing and sales materials, including tasting lists, wine club forms, wholesale catalogues and advertising material.

- Oversee daily online and wholesale orders, including processing, dispatch and delivery enquiries.

- Liaise with sales representatives, suppliers and key stakeholders to support wholesale sales growth.





- Work closely with the winery team to ensure product updates are communicated across all sales channels.

- Build and maintain relationships within the local community and wine industry.

A Little About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- A natural people person who enjoys chatting with customers and hosting wine tastings.

- Engaging, vibrant and confident in a customer-facing role.

- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks.

- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.

- Creative, with an interest in marketing, social media and brand development.

- Proactive and able to work independently, managing both planned and unexpected tasks.

- Flexible and happy to get involved wherever needed.

- Someone who takes pride in presentation, quality and delivering a great experience.

Experience in the following areas would be advantageous, but isn't essential:

- Marketing, events or business management.

- Hospitality or cellar door operations.

- Website management and online sales strategies.

- Staff rostering, management and training.

- EzyWine, Adobe Creative Suite and Rezdy.

We're more interested in finding the right person with the right attitude than ticking every box!

What You'll Need

- Current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate, or willingness to obtain one.

- Current driver's licence.

- Full working rights within Australia.

- Willingness to obtain a NSW Food Handling Certificate.

- Availability for occasional weekends and public holidays.

- Flexibility to work additional hours when required for events or operational needs.
