Wheelers supplies books and shelf-ready library services to schools, libraries and early learning centres across Australia and Recent Zealand. Our Australian warehouse in North Manly is growing, and we're looking for a hands-on Inbound Team Lead to own the inbound side of the operation.

This role is for someone who lives on or near the Northern Beaches. It is fully on site in North Manly, and we're looking for people with a short, easy commute.

What you'll do

- Lead the inbound team and casuals day to day, working alongside them

- Receive, check and receipt supplier deliveries against purchase orders

- Own aged stock, returns and rolling stock takes

- Keep the receiving area organised, including large school-season deliveries

- Keep inbound procedures documented and look for better ways of working





- Step up as a point of contact when the Warehouse Manager is away

What you'll bring

- You live on or near the Northern Beaches

- Warehouse receiving or inventory experience

- Experience leading or coordinating a small team

- Confident with computer systems

- Comfortable with regular lifting and manual handling

- Book, library or retail stock experience is a bonus

Hours and pay

32 - 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday, $29.61 per hour plus superannuation.
