Nexia Aged Care provides personalised Support at Home services, helping older people live independently with dignity, choice and connection within their own communities.

With continued growth across our service areas, we are seeking reliable, experienced and compassionate Support Workers with strong weekday availability to join our team.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide practical, person-centred support to clients in their own homes and communities.

You will support clients with:

- Personal care

- Domestic assistance

- Social support and community access

- Transport to appointments

Availability

We are particularly seeking applicants with consistent availability across Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with a minimum availability of three days per week.

Flexibility to travel across our service areas is highly desirable, particularly as we continue to grow across Melton, Bacchus Marsh and the Macedon Ranges.

About You

We’re looking for people who:





- Are passionate about supporting older people to remain independent at home

- Are reliable, flexible and confident working independently in the community

- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent)

- Hold current First Aid and CPR

- Have a current Victorian driver’s licence

- Have reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle

- Can provide a current Police Check

- Are flexible to work across our service areas
