We are actively seeking dedicated Waste Sorters to join our Recycling and Waste Management team. You will be part of a motivated crew working in a rapid-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manually sort various recycling and waste materials on a fast-paced conveyor line.
- Identify and remove contaminants, non-recyclables, and hazards to ensure the quality of the finished product (PEF).
- Monitor and maintain a consistent material flow on the sorting line to support daily production targets.
- Assist with general site clean-up and maintain a safe, tidy work environment.
- Identify and report equipment faults, process issues, or safety concerns to the Operations Supervisor or Maintenance team.

What You Bring to the Team:





- Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights.
- Prior experience in a waste sorting, labouring, or fast-paced process role is highly regarded.
- Must have reliable transport (essential for the early 3:45am start).
- High Risk Work License - Class LF (Forklift) is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical & drug and alcohol test.
- A can-do attitude with strong attention to detail and the ability to safely engage in repetitive and physically demanding tasks.
- Professionalism and a commitment to team collaboration and workplace safety.
