Remuneration: $130,000–$175,000 FTE + super (pro rata, depending on experience)

About Us

Leaf Doctors is one of Australia's rapidly growing telehealth businesses, supported by an expanding network of pharmacies, proprietary healthcare products and national distribution capabilities.

Through Leaf Doctors and True Green Health, we've developed an integrated healthcare model encompassing patient acquisition, telehealth consultations, prescribing, dispensing, patient engagement and fulfilment.

As we expand nationally and internationally, our ambition is to build a scalable, technology-enabled healthcare operating platform, with data, analytics and AI central to our growth strategy.

We're now looking for an experienced, commercially minded Senior Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to help develop this capability.

About the Opportunity

This is an chance to help shape the data and analytics strategy of a fast-growing healthcare group.

We're currently developing a new digital healthcare platform and want to ensure the business can effectively capture, integrate and analyse data across its clinical, pharmacy, commercial and operational activities.

Working directly with senior management and our external technology partners, you'll help establish the foundations for a sophisticated business intelligence capability, including the use of AI-powered analytics tools.

We're particularly interested in someone who can translate complex data into meaningful commercial insights and help management make better-informed strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Platform Development

- Work with our technology development partner to help define data capture, reporting and extraction requirements for our new healthcare platform.





- Advise on data architecture, integration, quality and accessibility for external analytics and AI tools.

- Identify opportunities to consolidate data from clinical systems, pharmacy dispensing, payments and distribution.

Commercial & Business Intelligence

- Develop meaningful KPIs covering patient acquisition, retention, churn, lifetime value and purchasing behaviour.

- Analyse revenue, profitability, operational efficiency and opportunities for growth.

- Build dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI or similar platforms.

- Provide actionable recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights.

Strategic Growth & Expansion

- Analyse geographic patient distribution, purchasing trends and demand to support new pharmacy locations.

- Evaluate patient engagement, auto-refill programs and fulfilment performance.

- Help develop scalable reporting frameworks that can support our Australian and international operations.

AI & Advanced Analytics

- Explore and implement practical applications of AI-driven business intelligence.

- Help establish secure, reliable methods for management to interrogate business data using natural-language AI tools.

- Ensure reporting accuracy, data governance and appropriate handling of sensitive healthcare information.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone with:

- At least 5 years' experience in business intelligence, data analytics or commercial reporting.

- Strong Power BI, SQL, data modelling and data visualisation capabilities.

- Experience working with multiple data sources,



APIs and data extraction processes.

- An understanding of AI analytics tools and their practical business applications.

- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.

- Experience working directly with senior executives and external technology teams.

- The ability to work independently in a growing, entrepreneurial business.

Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, e-commerce, subscription businesses or other recurring-revenue environments would be highly regarded.

Engagement Structure

We envisage an initial consultancy engagement of approximately half a day to one day per week, focused on working with our technology partners and establishing our data and reporting requirements.

As our new platform becomes operational, there is potential for this to evolve into a more substantial ongoing part-time role, potentially two to three days per week.

We're flexible on the arrangement and particularly interested in finding the right person who can contribute strategically as the business continues to grow.
