About Us
At Doutta Galla we imagine ageing as the start of a new chapter.
We imagine care that feels like home. Where traditions are celebrated and life experiences are honoured. Imagine working and belonging to an organisation that creates a culturally safe, inclusive space – where our residents, clients, families, teams are welcome, and every voice is heard.
At Doutta Galla, we treat everyone as a person, not a room number, with carers that truly care.
Doutta Galla Aged Services is a not-for-profit aged care organisation, with more than 30 years’ experience supporting people to age with dignity, stay connected to their roots, and always feel in control.
We are proud of our genuine culture of care — for our residents and clients, and for the people who support them every day.
The Opportunity
Registered Nurse | Support at Home
Right care from the start and every step along the way.
We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who combines strong clinical judgement with exceptional relationship skills and a deep understanding of quality aged care.
As our Intake & Integrity Partner, you’ll play a critical role in making sure clients receive the right support, at the right time, and that their care remains safe, appropriate, person-centred and aligned with their needs, goals, approved funding and the relevant Aged Care Quality Standards and Support at Home requirements.
This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing together clinical assessment,
client experience and service integrity from the first enquiry through assessment and service commencement.
About the Role
As the Senior Accounts Payable & Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for creating and managing work orders, coordinating procurement and supplier activities, supporting invoice processing workflows, maintaining supplier records and contracts, and providing operational support for the ARM and Urbanise platforms and their integration with Epicor.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that goods and services are procured efficiently, suppliers are managed effectively, property maintenance jobs are actioned, and invoices are processed, approved, and paid in a timely manner.
What you’ll do
- Be the trusted clinical contact from initial enquiry through assessment and service commencement.
- Undertake clinical assessments and develop and review person-centred care plans aligned to needs, goals and funding.
- Ensure services remain aligned with client needs, care plans, approved funding and Support at Home requirements.
- Provide oversight of care plan quality, documentation, service integrity and clinical governance.
- Identify and proactively resolve inconsistencies, risks and service concerns.
- Contribute to quality improvement and better ways of working across the service.
- Work across clients’ homes, and the office, combining relationship-based care with clinical oversight.
What you’ll bring
- You’ll be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration, with at least two years’ experience in aged care, community care, home care or a related health setting.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Exceptional clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Sound knowledge of Support at Home,
aged care quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Strong person-centred and reablement-focused practice.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication and client service skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Sharp attention to detail, with the ability to connect the client, care plan, service and funding
- Confidence identifying and managing clinical, safeguarding and service integrity risks.
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills in a busy service environment.
- Digital confidence, including care management and client record systems.
We’re looking for someone who sets a high standard for clinical care, aged care quality and client relationships - an experienced nurse with sound clinical judgement, an eye for integrity, risk and detail, and the ability to build genuine partnerships with clients and teams.
If you’re driven to get care right from the start, spot what others might miss and keep care aligned as needs change, we’d love to hear from you.
