ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Systems Solutions Manager, the Technical Analyst plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the organisation's core business applications.

You'll provide Level 2/3 technical support, administer enterprise systems, manage system configuration and security, and partner with internal stakeholders and technology vendors to deliver reliable, secure and user-focused solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide Level 2/3 support across enterprise business applications, including incident investigation, troubleshooting and resolution.
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications in a Technical Analyst, Application Support or Systems Analyst role.
- Mandatory hands-on experience administering Salesforce (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud), including user management, security, profiles, permission sets, configuration, and day-to-day platform administration.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting user access, security, configuration and data integrity across enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs and data flows.




- Experience producing business reports and dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements.
- Understanding of IT service management practices, including incident, problem and change management.
- Robust stakeholder engagement skills with experience working alongside vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, documentation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience within disability services, healthcare, community services or other regulated industries will be highly regarded.
