Cloudwalk Flooring is an established wholesale business looking for a friendly, organised and reliable person to support our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain good relationships with existing customers.

* Handle customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.

* Coordinate sample requests and customer follow-ups.

* Assist with day-to-day customer needs.

* Liaise with the warehouse and office team to ensure smooth operations.

About You

* Friendly and confident communicator.

* Well-organised with valuable attention to detail.

* Positive attitude and able to take initiative.

* Comfortable using computers and email.

* Current driver’s licence.

* Previous customer service or wholesale experience is an advantage
