The Opportunity

We're looking for a confident, experienced and highly organised Scheduler to join our Metering team.

This is a rapid-paced role suited to someone who enjoys a busy workload, takes pride in their productivity and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done.

You'll be responsible for coordinating daily work orders for our field technicians, maximising scheduling efficiency and ensuring jobs are completed as smoothly as possible.

While some aspects of the role can be repetitive, it suits someone who enjoys routine, works efficiently and takes satisfaction in getting through a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, think on their feet and adapt quickly when priorities change.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating and managing daily schedules for field technicians.

- Efficiently allocating and mapping jobs to maximise technician productivity and minimise travel time.

- Proactively managing workloads to ensure as many jobs as possible are scheduled and completed.

- Contacting customers to arrange and confirm appointments.

- Managing cancellations, reschedules and last-minute changes.

- Communicating with technicians, customers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.





- Maintaining accurate scheduling records and job information.

- Identifying opportunities to improve scheduling efficiency and daily workflows.

What We're Looking For

- Proven scheduling experience is essential, ideally in a high-volume, field service or trade-based environment.

- A motivated, efficient worker who genuinely enjoys being busy and productive.

- Someone comfortable with repetitive tasks who maintains accuracy and attention to detail.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities.

- A proactive problem-solver who can make decisions and keep things moving.

- A flexible, adaptable approach to changing workloads and priorities.

- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers and field technicians.

- Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

- A strong work ethic, team-first attitude and willingness to pitch in when needed.

- Experience with ServiceM8, Simpro or similar scheduling software would be highly regarded.

Hours & Working Arrangements

- Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, based at our Geebung office.

- One work-from-home day per week available following successful completion of probation.

- Some flexibility and willingness to work additional hours or overtime may be required from time to time to meet operational demands.
