About the Role

GO3PL is seeking an experienced and highly capable Forklift Operator to join our busy warehouse operations team in Braeside.

We are looking for a confident, reliable and productive operator with extensive experience operating both high-reach and counterbalance forklifts, alongside strong proficiency in RF scanning and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Working within a fast-paced 3PL environment, you will play an important role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, accurate inventory control and the safe movement of goods.

This position requires an experienced operator who can work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain a high standard of accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities





- Safely and efficiently operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.

- Load and unload trucks, containers and transport vehicles.

- Complete pallet putaways, replenishments, relocations and stock retrievals from high-level racking.

- Accurately process all stock movements using handheld RF scanners and WMS software.

- Ensure inventory is correctly scanned, recorded and allocated to designated warehouse locations.

- Assist with inbound receivals, outbound dispatch and general warehouse operations.

- Maintain inventory accuracy and follow established stock control procedures.

- Handle a diverse range of products, pallet configurations and load types.
