Legal Vision is seeking a motivated 2-4 PQE lawyer to join the corporate advisory team. You will work with skilled lawyers on a range of transactional matters, including M& A, capital raises, and debt financing, for SMEs, startups, and venture capital clients. Ideal candidates will manage complex workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, communicate clearly with clients, and contribute to a modern, growth-driven legal services model.
