Dispatch Officer

- 3 6 Month Temp to Perm Contract
- Mon Fri, 6:30am 3pm
- $37.50 per hour

About the Client:

Our client is a leading global wholesaler and distributor specialising in a comprehensive range of refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) products and solutions. Our client serves customers across international markets, delivering high-quality products, reliable distribution services and industry expertise to meet the diverse needs of the heating, cooling and refrigeration sectors.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Responsible for receiving, inspecting and processing incoming deliveries, ensuring all goods are checked for accuracy, quality and damage, with any discrepancies promptly reported. Duties also include picking, packing and preparing customer orders accurately and efficiently for dispatch.

- Coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations, including organising dispatch schedules, allocating delivery runs, and managing deliveries and collections. Assist with the safe loading and unloading of vehicles, operate forklifts and warehouse equipment where authorised, and provide general support to warehouse, production and logistics teams.

- Maintain a clean, organised and efficient warehouse environment while ensuring accurate stock handling and inventory practices. Adhere to all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies,



transport regulations, manual handling procedures and workplace safety requirements.

What You Will Need:

A current Forklift and Drivers licence

Experience in receiving and dispatch within a manufacturing environment.

Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Experience operating vehicles and material-handling equipment.

Solid communication skills and attention to detail.

Reliable, organised, proactive and deadline-focused.
