About Our Client:

Our client operates within the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) industry and is seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand to assist with the fabrication and assembly of HVAC ductwork.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone with experience using power tools, a practical mindset and an interest in manufacturing or workshop environments.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will assist with the fabrication and assembly of ductwork, working alongside experienced tradespeople to ensure products are manufactured accurately and efficiently.

This hands-on role will involve measuring, cutting and assembling ductwork to specifications, using a range of power tools and assisting with general workshop duties.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Assisting with the fabrication and assembly of HVAC ductwork
- Measuring, cutting and assembling ductwork to required specifications
- Operating power tools, including jigsaws, drills and cut-off saws
- Assisting tradespeople with general workshop and manufacturing duties
- Undertaking manual handling and movement of ductwork materials
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised work area
- Following workplace health and safety procedures and instructions
- Reporting directly to the Site Supervisor, Kim Hawkes

Roster:

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00am 3:06pm
- 30-minute unpaid lunch break

What You Will Need:





- Previous experience using power tools
- Comfortable operating jigsaws, drills and cut-off saws
- Physically fit and capable of handling and assembling ductwork
- Previous factory, manufacturing or workshop experience desirable
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively alongside tradespeople
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Current driver's licence (highly regarded)
