About Our Client

Our Client is a well-established civil construction contractor delivering subdivision and infrastructure projects. This opportunity offers the chance to join a civil construction team working on a subdivision project in Joyner, with opportunities to operate machinery as required.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Civil Labourer / Roller Operator, you will be responsible for the below duties:

- Assist with site preparation, setup and general clean-up
- Spot machinery and assist with earthworks and material handling
- Shovel, rake, spread and compact soil and aggregates
- Assist with excavation, backfilling and trenching works
- Assist with installation of stormwater, sewer and service pipes
- Prepare subgrade and sub-base for roads and pavements
- Assist with kerb, channel, asphalt and concrete works
- Operate hand tools and small plant as required
- Load, unload and distribute materials and equipment
- Operate the roller when required

What You Will Need

To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:





- Minimum 12 months' previous civil construction experience
- Previous road-building experience
- Current roller ticket and demonstrated operating experience
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
