We're partnering with an established Australian custom tailoring business known for its personalised approach to fashion, quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

With an expanding national presence and growing product offering, they're looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to take the reins of their Perth CBD showroom.

This is a great opportunity for a confident retail leader who enjoys being hands-on, building customer relationships and bringing out the best in their team.

The Opportunity
You'll have full ownership of the showroom, leading a team of Stylists and ensuring customers receive a personalised, seamless experience from their initial consultation through to collecting their finished garment.

It's a great balance of people leadership, sales and showroom operations, with plenty of prospect to make your mark on the business.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Leading, motivating and developing a team of Stylists to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Driving showroom performance through KPIs, conversion, sales and customer retention.
- Creating an exceptional customer journey through personalised consultations, styling and service.




- Building genuine client relationships and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Overseeing customer appointments, measurements, garment selections and order processing.
- Maintaining high showroom presentation, operational standards and daily processes.
- Coaching your team, providing regular feedback and supporting their development.
- Monitoring sales results and identifying opportunities to improve performance.
- Managing customer enquiries, feedback and any service concerns with a solutions-focused approach.
- Creating a positive, collaborative and accountable team environment.

About You
You're a natural people leader who knows how to engage a team, drive results and deliver a customer experience that keeps people coming back.
You'll be commercially minded, well-presented and genuinely enjoy working in a customer-focused environment where attention to detail and relationship building matter.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience managing a retail, or customer-focused team.
- A proven ability to drive sales, achieve targets and deliver strong commercial results.
- Confidence interpreting KPIs and using performance results to motivate your team.
- A genuine passion for customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach,



develop and hold a team accountable.
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail.
- A polished presentation and an appreciation for fashion and personal styling.
- The ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining high service standards.
- A proactive, positive and hands-on approach to leadership.

A background in fashion, premium or luxury retail would be fantastic, however, we're equally interested in strong retail and hospitality leaders who can bring the right attitude, commercial focus and customer-first mindset.
