Short Description

WorkPac is seeking experienced Asphalt Labourers to join a road construction crew working across Mackay and Whitsunday regions. This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent hours, overtime, and the chance to secure permanent employment for the right candidate.

About the Client

Our client is a well-established road construction contractor delivering asphalt and bitumen services across the Mackay and Whitsunday regions. Due to ongoing project requirements, they are seeking experienced Asphalt Labourers to join their team.

What You Will Be Doing

- Assisting with asphalt and bitumen road construction works
- Shovelling, spreading and levelling asphalt materials
- Supporting road crews with general labouring duties
- Assisting plant operators and crew members on site
- Maintaining a protected and productive work environment
- Working across various projects throughout the Mackay and Whitsunday region

What You Will Need

- Previous asphalt and bitumen experience (essential)
- Construction White Card
- Roller RII/Ticket
- Current QLD Driver's Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen




- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to work extended hours when required

- Monday to Friday roster with weekend work
- 7:00am to 5:00pm shifts
