Your new company

A large facilities maintenance company has a requirement for 1 - 2 experienced carpenters or Handy people to carry out all-round repairs across retail and commercial buildings on Sydney's Northern Beaches and North Shore.

Your new role

You will be working in a team of carpenters, Handy Persons, Electricians and HVAC Technicians where you will be required to carry out all-round maintenance which will include carpentry, hanging doors, window repairs, handrails, installing partitions, repairing water damage, painting / patching, small projects, client liaison, general reporting and other related maintenance duties.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in your application for the Carpenter's position, you must be a qualified carpenter, have previous all-round maintenance experience,



valuable customer service skills, basic computer skills, no previous criminal convictions and a NSW driving licence.

What you'll get in return

As Carpenter, you will receive $85,000 - $90,000 + super + vehicle + phone + overtime, varied and interesting work with an established facilities maintenance company.
