An exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Management professional to support a high-performing Property Management and Leasing team.

This varied all-rounder position will provide portfolio coverage during annual and sick leave, while assisting with leasing, team operations, training and front-of-house support.

The Role

- Provide relief portfolio management during annual and sick leave
- Manage portfolios of approximately 160–170 properties when covering
- Troubleshoot and provide day-to-day support to the PM Team
- Assist the Leasing Team when required
- Provide reception and front-of-house cover
- Support staff training and onboarding
- Assist the GM with KPI reporting and compliance management




- Provide general operational support across the office
- Maintain excellent service for owners, tenants and applicants

The Candidate

- Strong Property Management experience
- QCAT experience is essential
- Good working knowledge of PropertyMe
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Confident negotiation abilities
- Efficient with excellent time management
- Proactive, adaptable and willing to take initiative
- A cooperative approach and great sense of humour
