Join a highly regarded real estate agency in Bulimba and take the lead in residential leasing. With a full-time Leasing Consultant handling most inspections, you’ll have support to focus on landlord relationships, securing tenants and achieving results.

THE ROLE:

- Lead the leasing department and oversee the Leasing Consultant.
- Manage the end-to-end residential leasing process.
- Handle rental enquiries and conduct tenant viewings.




- Provide landlords with leasing feedback and rental reviews.
- Launch properties online and manage rental advertising.
- Build strong landlord and tenant relationships.
- Ensure properties are presented at their best.
- Work closely with the BDM and Property Management teams.

THE CANDIDATE:

- Previous residential leasing experience.
- Current QLD Real Estate Salesperson Certificate.
- Valid QLD driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
- Inspect Real Estate experience; PropertyMe preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organised, proactive and detail-focused.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
- Strong local area knowledge.
