Our client is a well-established dual-trade service provider based in Osborne Park who are seeking an experience Contracts Administrator to support their growing project portfolio. This position is a long-term full-time position

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple local and FIFO projects and wants to be part of a collaborative and technically strong team.

The role will see you:

- Reviewing and administering contracts, including terms, conditions and contractual obligations
- Managing contract correspondence, registers and project documentation
- Assisting with contract awards, project setup and mobilisation requirements
- Providing contract administration support across local and FIFO projects
- Monitoring contractual compliance, project costs and performance
- Coordinating subcontractor agreements, compliance and documentation
- Assisting with tender submissions, pre-qualifications and contract negotiations
- Managing contract variations, progress claims and associated records

Requirements:





- Previous experience in a Contracts Administrator or similar role
- Exposure to construction, services, FIFO environments
- Strong understanding of contract terms, variations, and project documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Driver's License and reliable car
