About us
We’re a well-established, multidisciplinary private practice with clinics across Perth. Our team includes psychologists, speech pathologists and occupational therapists. We don’t just want to ease difficulty; we want to help people flourish. That applies to our team as much as our clients. Our staff have certified us as a Great Place to Work two years in a row, and 100% of team members said they’d recommend us as a workplace.

Our values guide our decisions every day: trust, compassion, excellence, courage and genuine connection.

Who you’ll learn from
You’ll be mentored by Shaun, our Senior Speech Pathologist, who brings more than 20 years of paediatric experience across private and not-for-profit settings. His interests include supporting non-speaking children, social communication and mealtime difficulties. He’s passionate about helping new clinicians grow in confidence, with an approach built on empathy, honesty and strong relationships.

About the role
We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our growing paediatric team in a full time or part time capacity. You’ll work with infants through to teens, using play-based, evidence-based therapy and partnering closely with families.

Your caseload may include:

- Speech sound disorders
- Expressive and receptive language
- Late talkers, and non-speaking or minimally verbal children

- Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
- Feeding, mealtime and selective eating difficulties
- Social communication, play and connection
- Stuttering
- Literacy

Locations: Booragoon / Canning Vale / Stirling

About you

- Degree in Speech Pathology, with eligibility for Certified Practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia
- Passionate about working with children and families, with paediatric placement experience highly regarded
- A client-centred, values-driven team player who builds strong relationships with families
- Current WA Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)

What’s in it for you

- Flexible working hours
- The opportunity to grow your income and earn what you want to earn
- Free monthly supervision and regular in-house professional development
- An allowance for external professional development
- A structured 100-day induction program, followed by 12 months of clinical and business mentoring
- Support to build your professional profile over 2–3 years
- Career pathways in leadership, further education, lifestyle balance and clinic ownership (shareholding or recent clinics)
- A supportive admin team that lets you focus on clinical work
- Beautiful, purpose-designed clinics and regular team social events
