Shred-X is seeking a motivated, customer-focused sales professional who wants to be rewarded for results.

This office-based sales role is focused on growing Shred-X services from both inbound enquiries and across an established customer base. This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys talking to customers, identifying needs, closing business, and being directly rewarded for their performance.

What you’ll do

You’ll manage inbound enquiries, reactivate dormant accounts, uncover new opportunities, and build strong customer relationships that drive ongoing revenue—with commission to reward your results. You will:

- Generate new business through prospecting, follow-up, and re-engagement
- Turn inbound enquiries into profitable customer relationships
- Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
- Take part in coaching, team meetings, and performance initiatives
- Build a strong pipeline and meet sales targets
- Maintain customer and opportunity details up to date in the CRM




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and onboarding experience

About You

You’re a confident, organised sales skilled who enjoys building relationships, and working toward targets. You’ll also have:

- Experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong prospecting, listening, questioning, and qualification skills
- A proactive, resilient approach to targets and commission
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
- Clear, persuasive communication and a professional approach
- A willingness to learn, take coaching, and keep improving
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality and professional conduct
