Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyse laboratory results of oil, grease, coolant and fuel samples and prepare comprehensive, accurate technical reports for customers.
- Deliver practical recommendations based on equipment design specifications and operational parameters.
- Identify wear trends, contamination sources, and lubricant degradation issues with precision and technical rigour.
- Manage customer liaison to confirm analysis requirements, establish sampling schedules, and ensure adherence to agreed deadlines.
- Prioritise laboratory workflow to support the team in meeting critical turnaround times and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with diagnostics and laboratory teams to maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure strict compliance with SGS safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
