About the Role
Support the surgeon and practice team with patient-focused administration and the smooth running of a specialist practice. Full-time, in office, Monday to Friday

Duties
• Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional reception experience.
• Manage the appointment diary, phone and email enquiries, and correspondence.
• Coordinate referrals, procedure and surgical bookings.
• Process payments, invoices and Medicare claims; maintain accurate records.
• Liaise with hospitals, patients and healthcare providers; support the practice.

Skills & Experience
• Medical reception or specialist medical administration experience.
• Confidence using Genie or similar practice software.




• Strong organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Warm communicator with a calm, patient-focused manner.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently.
