Your Next Role - Advanced Process Operator (2IC)
We are seeking an Advanced Process Operator (2IC) to join our permanent night shift team at Tuan.
This is a hands-on role, working alongside and supporting team members on the production line, while also assisting the Shift Coordinator with the day-to-day leadership, guidance and development of the crew.
Importantly, this position forms part of our succession pathway towards the Shift Coordinator role, providing the opportunity to develop leadership capability and step into the Shift Coordinator position as required, including during periods of leave.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working hands-on across the production line and supporting the team to achieve production requirements.
- Supporting the Shift Coordinator with day-to-day leadership and coordination of the crew.




- Stepping into the Shift Coordinator role when required.
- Providing guidance, coaching, training and support to team members.
- Promoting a strong safety culture where safety comes before production.
- Supporting quality inspections, operational PMS, equipment audits and calibration requirements.
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste and support continuous improvement and Business Excellence initiatives.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and ensuring work is completed to defined standards.
- Role modelling Hyne's values, behaviours and Field Leadership principles.

About you:

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisation, planning and problem-solving capability.
- The ability to remain calm and adaptable in a rapid-paced production environment.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Competency using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
- A current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain.
- The flexibility to work shift work and varying hours when required.

Experience within manufacturing, lean manufacturing or Just In Time (JIT) environments would be advantageous.
