We are seeking experienced Food Production Machine Operators/Pasteuriser for casual but full time ongoing hours Monday to Friday up to 38 hours with a Industry Leader within the Food Manufacturing sector. These roles all vary and will rotate between various departments whilst contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of their production and packaging facility.

Reporting to the Production Manager and the Production Supervisors, you will be responsible for:

- Following safety management systems to prevent incidents and drive continuous improvement.
- Complying with HACCP and GMP standards.
- Operating high-volume food manufacturing, processing, and packaging equipment.
- Completing quality control checks, inspections, and audits using digital systems.
- Performing line-level operational tasks.
- Collaborating within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Participating in improvement activities and contributing to their operational excellence.

About You
You thrive in a fast-paced production environment and bring a strong safety-first mindset. You are adaptable, proactive, and committed to quality. You’ll also bring:

- Flexibility to work across multiple production rooms
- Previous experience in food manufacturing across production & packaging operations.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety protocols.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support problem-solving.
- Effective communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to support root cause analysis activities
- Can safely operate machinery and follow SOPs
- Machine operator,



process work, production line, GMP, FMCG or food manufacturing environment is essential.
- Are punctual and self-motivated
- Can work autonomously when needed
- Have good communication and teamwork skills
- Are physically fit and comfortable on your feet for extended periods

Skills & experience highly sort:

- Batching / Blending of ingredients
- Packaging & Labelling
- Pasturing, Tanks, Valves, Steam & Heating Testing
- Bottling lines
- Operate production machinery and conveyor belts
- Monitor equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Conducting quality control, monitor weigh & x-ray checks.
- Regularly conduct weight and metal checks.
- Complete relevant production paperwork as required.
- Maintain a clean workstation, production area, and machinery.
- Adhere to company Food Safety & Quality Policies and procedures.

A current Forklift ticket will be highly regarded, however not essential.

Shift Times (Example times as start and finish times will vary from site to site
Ideally, our candidates will be available Monday-Friday,

- Morning Shift: 6am/7am - 2pm/3pm

Public Transport is limited so access to reliable is important.
