Build your psychology career in a clinician-led multidisciplinary team offering structured onboarding, ongoing supervision and practical support from experienced clinicians.
We’re seeking a Psychologist to join a team in Port Macquarie, supporting children and families through assessment and intervention. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

- $85,000–$100,000 + super, with access to an incentive scheme.
- Supported 90-day onboarding, with a reduced initial caseload.
- Individual and group supervision, plus access to senior clinicians for consultation and debriefing.

- Flexible administration time, with approximately 2.1 paid hours per day that can be completed from home.
- A predominantly clinic-based role, with opportunities for school and preschool visits.
- Sponsorship may be available for suitable applicants.

Your role
You’ll provide evidence-based psychological services tailored to each client’s needs and goals, including:

- Psychological assessment and intervention.
- Developing treatment plans and practical resources for families.
- Collaborating with other clinicians, carers and educators.
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Participating in supervision, professional development and team meetings.

During onboarding, you’ll receive session-planning support, opportunities to observe other clinicians and a gradual introduction to assessments. Your caseload will generally progress from four clients per day towards five as you settle in.

Working arrangements This is a 38-hour working week,



with a combination of morning and afternoon clinic shifts:

- Morning: 7am–12.30pm.
- Afternoon: 12.30pm–6pm.
- Monday mornings include team meetings.
- Paid administration time is completed around clinic sessions, with flexibility over where and when this is undertaken.

Where appointments are unfilled, approved project or program work can contribute towards weekly targets.

About you

- Generally registered with AHPRA, or eligible to obtain general registration before commencing.
- Interested in working with children and families.
- Committed to evidence-based, ethical and person-centred care.
- A clear communicator who enjoys working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Keen to develop your skills through supervision and ongoing learning.
- Hold relevant screening checks, or are willing to obtain them.
