An established international school in the beautiful South Pacific is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and highly organised IB Diploma Programme (DP) Coordinator to join its educational leadership team.

Reporting directly to the Head of School, you will oversee the academic, administrative and strategic coordination of the Diploma Programme, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and student achievement.
The position also includes a reduced teaching timetable, allowing you to remain actively involved in classroom teaching while leading the programme.

About the Role
As IB Diploma Programme Coordinator, you will:

- Lead and coordinate the delivery of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
- Ensure compliance with International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) requirements and standards.
- Oversee internal assessments, external examinations and programme administration.
- Coordinate the core components of the Diploma Programme, including Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Extended Essay (EE) and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS).
- Mentor and support teachers in delivering high-quality IB teaching and assessment.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance and support.
- Collaborate with curriculum leaders to ensure continuity across the school's IB programmes.
- Support students with subject selection,



university pathways and future study opportunities.
- Organise professional development and information sessions for teachers, students and parents.
- Contribute to programme evaluation, accreditation and ongoing school improvement.

About You
We are looking for an experienced IB educator who offers:

- A recognised teaching qualification and current teaching registration or eligibility for registration.
- Formal IB Diploma Programme training.
- Strong experience teaching within the IB Diploma Programme.
- A thorough understanding of IB curriculum, assessment and programme requirements.
- Previous curriculum leadership, coordination or departmental management experience.
- Excellent organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for supporting student achievement and developing the capabilities of fellow educators.
- A positive, flexible and collaborative approach to working within an international school community.
