About the Role
Harrison Barratt Group is partnering with a well-regarded Sydney commercial builder that backs its sites with quality subcontractors, experienced PMs and accessible management. They’re looking for a Site Manager to run new build and fit-out projects from $5M to $50M, from mobilisation through to handover.

What You’ll Do

- Lead all on-site activity, including people, programme, quality and safety
- Run new build and fit-out sites with genuine autonomy, backed by strong systems and office support
- Coordinate subcontractors, services trades, deliveries, site meetings and daily site activity
- Run inductions, inspections and risk controls to keep a safe, well-organised site
- Review drawings and specifications to make sure work is buildable and delivered as designed
- Work closely with the Project Manager, clients and consultants, giving clear progress updates
- Identify and resolve on-site issues before they affect programme or quality
- Manage quality, defects and close-out to deliver a clean handover

What You’ll Bring

- 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction




- A track record delivering both commercial new build and fit-out projects in the $5M–$50M range with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder
- Strong construction methodology, programming and technical knowledge
- Experience working in live and occupied environments
- A strong commitment to WHS and quality
- A collaborative leadership style and good relationships with subcontractors and clients
- A trade background or a construction qualification
- Experience with Procore, HammerTech or similar (advantageous)
- A current White Card and a driver’s licence
