We are representing a highly regarded, not-for-profit OOSH provider seeking an experienced and passionate Director to lead a thriving service.

Based at a new school, this service caters to 130+ children and offers the opportunity to make your mark, build strong relationships within the school community and lead a high-performing team. - Salary: $110,000 + superannuation + WRP
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent (Monday to Friday)
- Hours: Block shifts, 10:00am–6:00pm

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of the OOSH service
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of educators, fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture
- Develop and oversee engaging, child-led programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place Framework
- Ensure compliance with the NQF, NQS and relevant regulatory requirements




- Build strong relationships with children, families, school leadership and the wider community
- Manage staffing, rostering, enrolments and operational requirements
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of care and education

What You'll Need

- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Previous experience managing or directing an OSHC/OOSH service
- Strong understanding of the My Time, Our Place Framework and National Quality Standards
- Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and developing educator teams
- Strong knowledge of compliance, regulations and service operations
- Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Child Protection and Anaphylaxis training
