VR GP | Roxburgh Park, Melbourne | $180/hr Guaranteed or 75% of Billings
Full books from day one in Melbourne’s northern growth corridor
If you want to earn properly and you’re happy seeing patients who genuinely need you, read on. If you’re after a quiet list and 30-minute appointments, this isn’t that practice — and we’d rather say so now.
Roxburgh Park Doctors is in one of the fastest-growing catchments in Victoria. Our GPs bill $2,000 to $3,000 a day because the demand is relentless, not because anyone is pushed. At 75%, work out what that means over a year.
The offer

- 75% of billings — no sliding scale, no “up to”
- $180 per hour guaranteed for your first three months, so you’re never exposed while the book fills
- $15,000 sign-on bonus, paid upon joining
- Full-time or part-time
- 10 or 15 -minute appointment books

Why you won’t burn out doing it

- Two full time nurses taking procedures, chronic disease work, dressings and care plan legwork off your schedule
- On-site chiropractic,

podiatry and dietetics for internal referral
- Admin and management who handle recalls, results and correspondence — your day is consulting, not paperwork
- Bulk billing with current incentive arrangements, so the billing side is straightforward and you’re not having fee conversations all day

The medicine
Melbourne’s northern growth corridor: young families, high birth rate, an expanding catchment. That means paediatrics, antenatal care, immunisation and early chronic disease — continuity with families you’ll see for years, not a thin walk-in list. Genuinely multicultural, so a second language gets used daily.
You’ll need
FRACGP or FACRRM, AHPRA specialist registration, Medicare provider number eligibility.
