About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred support to our participants in their homes and in the community. No two days look the same. You might help with daily living, support someone to build skills and confidence, or get out and about to pursue social and community goals.

This is a permanent part-time position with regular, guaranteed hours, giving you the security of ongoing employment and the flexibility to fit work around your life.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and daily living support in a respectful, dignified way
- Support participants to work towards their individual goals and increase their independence
- Assist with community access, social activities and household tasks
- Administer medication where trained and authorised
- Complete accurate case notes and incident reports
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, support coordinators and colleagues
- Uphold participants’ rights, privacy and safety at all time

About You

- A genuine commitment to supporting people with disability




- Strong communication skills and a reliable, flexible approach
- Experience supporting people with complex needs or behaviours of concern
- Current Australian driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in Australia
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
