The Role

We're looking for reliable and motivated Commercial Cleaners across Newcastle and surrounding areas to join our growing team.

You'll be responsible for maintaining high cleaning standards across commercial sites, including offices, retail spaces, schools and other facilities.

What to expect:

- Primarily Monday to Friday evening shifts, generally commencing from 5:00 pm.

- Regular allocated sites and consistent weekly rosters.

- Occasional optional weekend shifts,



depending on availability and business requirements.

- General cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising and amenities cleaning.

- Following explicit site-specific cleaning checklists.

- Working independently or alongside other team members.

- Communicating with supervisors and reporting any site concerns.

Our goal is to provide you with the same sites and rostered hours week in, week out, wherever operationally possible.

What We're Looking For

You don't need years of cleaning experience to succeed with us. We can teach you how to clean to our standards, but reliability and attitude are essential.

Our non-negotiable requirements:

- A current, valid driver's licence.

- Your own reliable vehicle to travel between sites.

- Availability to work Monday to Friday evenings, typically from 5:00 pm.

- Reliability, punctuality and a commitment to attending rostered shifts.

- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

- The ability to work independently and follow instructions.

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and accept feedback.

Previous commercial cleaning experience is welcome but not required.

We provide the equipment, uniform, training and support. You bring the right attitude and commitment.
