Join the team as our Business Development Manager – Workshop Services to bring in new work and grow our client base in mining, oil & gas and construction. You’ll be driven, commercially focused and keen to build our workshop capabilities.

This is a hands-on business development role, well suited to someone who understands the industry and can confidently engage with clients. You will identify new opportunities and turn strong relationships into new business.

You will be responsible for promoting and growing our workshop services, with a focus on small to heavy equipment across both fixed and mobile environments. The role involves building lasting client relationships, identifying opportunities and working closely with our workshop and operational teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.

This role would suit an experienced Project Manager looking to transition into Business Development role. It offers an excellent prospect to bridge that gap, leveraging your existing industry knowledge, project experience and client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities





As the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities and developing strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across engineering, manufacturing and industrial markets.

- Promote Bosnar workshop and group capabilities and services.

- Identify customer requirements and develop practical commercial solutions.

- Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through to quotation, negotiation and close.

- Conduct regular client meetings, site visits and business development activities.

- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

- Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs.

- Work closely with workshop and operational teams to deliver the right solutions for clients.

- Identify opportunities to grow revenue across a multitude of services.

- Provide regular updates and reporting on sales activity, pipeline opportunities and business performance.
