What You’ll Do

We’re seeking experienced Community Access Support Workers to join our team and make a real difference in participants’ lives. In this rewarding role, you’ll support participants to access their community with confidence to attend appointments and enjoying recreational and social opportunities.

You’ll also provide in-home daily support tailored to each participant’s needs, helping build independence, achieve their goals, and live life to the fullest.

We have a range of daytime hours available, offering flexibility while allowing you to do meaningful, person-centred work every day.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for Support Workers who are not only qualified — but confident, calm under pressure, and committed to growth.

Essentials:





- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Proven experience in mental health or disability support

- Communicate clearly and collaborate well within multidisciplinary teams
