Are you an experienced multi-site leader who knows how to turn strong club operations into sustainable business growth?

Anytime Fitness Emu Plains, Five Dock and Ropes Crossing are seeking a Cluster Manager to lead operational performance, membership growth and team development across all three clubs. This hands-on role combines day-to-day club leadership with dedicated time to improve systems, marketing, retention, sales and recruitment.

IMPORTANT ROLE NOTE

This is a 38-hour-per-week role working across Anytime Fitness Emu Plains, Five Dock and Ropes Crossing. The weekly allocation comprises:

- 23 hours focused on club operations
- 15 hours focused on business improvement

THE PROSPECT

As Cluster Manager, you will work alongside club teams while driving consistent standards, sustainable membership growth and improved commercial performance across the cluster. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Club Operations

- Work on-site alongside staff across all three clubs.
- Support daily operations, sales and member engagement.
- Coach, train and manage club teams.
- Maintain club standards and staff accountability.

Business Improvement

- Systems & Processes: Improve efficiency and consistency across all clubs.
- Marketing: Develop local campaigns and generate leads.
- Retention: Improve member engagement and reduce attrition.
- Sales: Improve conversion rates, membership growth and revenue.
- Recruitment: Recruit, onboard and develop high-performing staff.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE





You are a commercially minded and people-focused leader who can balance immediate operational priorities with longer-term business improvement. You will bring:

- Experience leading teams in a fitness, membership, sales or service-based environment
- The ability to manage performance across multiple locations or operational areas
- Strong coaching, training and people-development skills
- A sound understanding of sales, lead generation and conversion
- A proactive approach to member engagement and retention
- Confidence using performance data to identify opportunities and drive results
- Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
