Join our team as a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent (Dual Role). This role is primarily based at our Marsden Park clinic and will provide assistance to our Castle Hill clinic as needed. We are open to full time or part-time arrangements, with shifts available from Monday to Friday between 8.00am-5.00pm.

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist and Contact Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Previous radiology experience would be an advantage.

✅ Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail.

✅ Maintains a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Clear verbal and written communication skills.

✅ Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.





✅ Ability to perform shifts at all clinics as needed.
