About the role

DINESH CORPORATION PTY LTD is looking for an experienced, reliable full-time Cook to join our restaurant team in Muswellbrook. The salary is plus applicable superannuation.

What you'll do

- Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals in line with our restaurant standards
- Assist with menu planning and development
- Maintain food quality, portion control and consistency
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food-safety requirements
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and minimise wastage
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service

About you

- Certificate III or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
- At least one year of full-time cooking experience
- Sound knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
- Sound knowledge of Indian cuisine is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced restaurant environment
- Strong teamwork, time-management and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required
