HCF is seeking a Provider Services Officer to deliver exceptional service to doctors, surgeons, hospital teams and members from our Parramatta contact centre.
The role is permanent part time, four days a week, with hybrid working and a requirement to work in the office at least two days per week.The role involves handling * calls daily, resolving complex inquiries, maintaining data accuracy, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to meet KPIs and policies.
