RFBI is seeking an experienced Catering Officer for its Cessnock Masonic Village in NSW to deliver high-quality meals to residents, ensuring compliance with food safety programs and nutritional guidelines.
You will assist in meal preparation for functions, set dining areas, serve residents, and maintain a clean kitchen.Qualifications in Protected Food Handling and WHS knowledge are preferred; Certificate III in Hospitality is desirable.
