You will craft high-quality, creative dishes for a vibrant venue operating daily from 7am to 10pm, with a 38-hour week and superannuation.Applicants should have a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, proven cooking experience, solid food safety knowledge, and excellent teamwork and time-management skills.
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required.
