Universal Music Australia (UMA) is seeking an in-house Legal Counsel based at our Sydney Head Office.
You will support all divisions across Australia and Recent Zealand with negotiation, drafting and practical legal advice, handling a range of commercial matters and global licensing issues.You will work closely with the Publishing A&R; and Admin teams, draft and negotiate various agreements, and provide timely guidance to enable deals and projects.
A proactive, cooperative approach is essential.
