It is a senior engineering leadership position for someone who can combine deep software engineering and architecture expertise with a strong understanding of reliability, scalability and resilience.You will:Shape the technical roadmap and engineering strategyArchitect scalable, secure and highly resilient systemsRemain technically involved through design, coding and code reviewsEstablish engineering standards and up-to-date development practicesMentor senior engineers and build a culture of technical excellenceImprove platform reliability, incident management and operational performanceExplore how AI and emerging technologies can improve engineering outcomesInfluence senior product,
