You will lead a small team, manage day‐to‐day operations, and ensure service delivery meets quality standards.The role requires a duty manager or lifeguard background, robust administrative skills, and the ability to commit to a regular roster with peak season extensions.
This is a part‐time position with an hourly rate up to $* plus super.
