Lumos Advisory in Ballina is seeking a switched‐on receptionist to run the front desk, greeting clients, answering calls and handling enquiries with a friendly, skilled approach.You'll manage mail, appointments, basic admin, data entry and office tidiness, while supporting the team in a busy, customer‐facing setting.
This is a permanent, full‐time role based in our Ballina office with a focus on outstanding service and smooth operations.
