BMD Group in Adelaide is seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to lead a senior P&C; function for a major infrastructure project.
You will partner with project leadership to shape workforce strategy, employee relations, engagement and performance across a large, multidisciplinary in office workforce.
Reporting to project leadership, you will coach senior and frontline leaders, manage complex employee matters and ensure a consistent employee experience aligned with BMD values.
