Fitness Cartel Health Clubs is seeking a Club General Manager for the Sippy Downs location on the Sunshine Coast. You will lead the club's performance, culture and member experience, working with our executive team to drive growth and community engagement.
You'll manage budgets, operations across Crèche, Retail & Apparel and Café, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and lead events such as Open Days and 8-Week Challenges to energise members. Australian working rights are required.
