The role focuses on employee relations, case management and providing practical HR guidance to managers.
This is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave prospect, available full time or 0.8 FTE.
The role is hybrid, with a minimum of one day per week at our Penshurst office, and flexibility to work remotely.
